Did anyone watch Obama's press conference last night? No, let me rephrase that. Did anyone who watched Obama's press conference last night understand what exactly his plan is for Health Care? I admittedly was watching it while on an elliptical machine but I kept seeing words thrown around like "free market" and "choice" and got confused. Please, someone, enlighten me.

The Senate's also moving ahead on both issues and the decision Congress makes will affect our well-being for years to come.
